Frequently Asked Questions

This application is for Offenders.

  1. You need to create a free eHawaii.gov account at https://login.ehawaii.gov/lala/account/new.lala?lalaSignUp=true.
  2. You need your SID, Social Security Number, and Date of Birth.

Please provide this information to confirm that the linked account belongs to you, per HCJDC guidelines.

  1. Login with your eHawaii.gov account.
  2. Verify your account by entering your SID, Social Security Number, and Date of Birth.

  1. Once you have logged in and verified your information, you will see your personal data.
  2. Make any changes and confirm that all your information is accurate.
  3. Submit your information. This is required to save your changes.
    NOTE: You cannot change any updates online after they are submitted. You'll need to contact HCJDC to do this.
  4. Click 'Appointments' in the navigation bar to set up an appointment.

  1. Login with your eHawaii.gov account.
  2. Verify your account by entering your SID, Social Security Number, and Date of Birth.
  3. If you have an information update, you should make the updates and submit them.
  4. If you have submitted your information update, or you do not have anything to update, click 'Appointments' in the navigation bar and set up your appointment.
  5. Select HCJDC as the location.
  6. Display the calendar and select the date you will visit. You can set up the appointment within 3 business days.
  7. Select your appointment time from the available time slots.
  8. You will receive an email at the address used to create your eHawaii.gov account confirming your appointment.

You can reschedule your appointment online within the 3 business days, as long as you have more than 24 hours left before the appointment. (Note: If you have fewer than 24 hours left, you will need to contact the agency directly.)
Here are the steps:

  1. Login with your eHawaii.gov account
  2. Verify your account by entering your SID, Social Security Number, and Date of Birth.
  3. Click 'Appointments' in the navigation bar.
  4. Your current appointment(s) will display.
  5. You can select your appointment and view it.
  6. Click reschedule and select a new appointment.

You can cancel your appointment online within the 3 business days as long as you have more than 24 hours left before the appointment. (Note: If you have fewer than 24 hours left, you will need to contact the agency directly.)

  2. Verify your account by entering your SID, Social Security Number, and Date of Birth.
  3. Click 'Appointments' in the navigation bar.
  4. Your current appointment(s) will display.
  5. You can select your appointment and view it.
  6. Click cancel.

You cannot modify your information online after you have submitted it. If you need to make a change, please contact HCJDC.

  • Log in with your current eHawaii.gov account email and enter verification information.
  • You will be provided with instructions regarding how to update to your new account, or continue using your old account.
